The hotel was pleasant, I loved its polite staff. The staff was attentive, excellent service.

Clean room with a firm bed, but air conditioning was poor.

We had the double room which was brand-new and tastefully decorated. Our hotel was in an easy location, short walk from the train station. The place was excellent value and reasonably priced, we would happily go back again.

The room was fully-equipped here with comfortable beds, coffee facilities plus TV. The setting was comfortable, next to a train station. Also, the hotel was just a pleasant stroll away from Poole Quay.

Spacious room with a couch and tables, large bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast with eggplant, sausages, croissants. Fast Internet. Pleasant little things like water with lemon at reception and napkins in the room. Close to the bus station (bus ride to the sandy beaches of Sandbanks), to the railway station stomp in 15 minutes. 10 minutes on foot to the marina (either along the railway tracks to the lake and then by underground passage or overpass).

A little outdated furniture. The room was on the ground floor and the windows overlooked the roof of the hotel restaurant - just in case they didn't leave them open. No safe and no fridge. No sockets by the bed.

Was offered chance to join Priority Club for late checkout, this was not passed on to any other staff so housekeeping came in 3 times during the morning, our key card was cancelled and when we left the hotel for a short time we were rung to ask why our belongings were still in the room, not impresseed

it had lovely and beautiful location, so close to a town/port, the shop, and the concert hall. the room for how dated the bedrooms are.

On arrival there was dirty crockery immediately outside our door and there was a considerable amount of dust on the wall behind the bed.

Convenient for early morning feery crossing. Able to have b/fast at 0630

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for the Ligghthouse Centre and good for the Quay. Would stay again and would recommend as good value for money.

The room was clean and spacious. I found the breakfast variety limited, with some items running out early. While the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, improvements in food replenishment would enhance the overall experience.

The continental breakfast was very poor. There was only one toaster which was hogged by early risers.

Excellent value for money, and perfect location, central to all local sights. Very friendly staff.

Great spot for a quick stay!

So, we ended up here on our way to the Channel Islands. The place was super handy, just a short walk to the town and a park. Our room was decent, a bit quiet too. The staff were friendly, and we had dinner in the restaurant, which turned out to be a solid buy. Just wish the noise levels were a bit lower due to the nearby train track.
